The signup trial

Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Growth, no card needed. When the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace moves to Free and keeps all its data: answers, classifications, reports and settings. Choose a plan under Settings → Billing to get the paid features back.

At a limit

  • Monthly allowance used up: new answers are refused with 402 and "code": "quota_exceeded" until the next month or an upgrade. Nothing already collected is deleted.
  • Feature not in your plan: the request is refused with 402 and "code": "plan_required"; the body names the feature and the cheapest required_plan. For example, API keys on Free get this on every /v1 call except erasure.
