# Correct a classification

> Overrides the channel and, optionally, the named source. Send `entity_id` to link an existing entry (or `null` to clear it), or `entity_name` to create/approve one by name; omit both to keep the current entity. Overrides are kept as labelled examples, and automatic classification never overwrites them unless someone selects Reclassify in the dashboard.
